We redesigned the subscription journey to center on "flavor archetypes" rather than just product categories. We created a clean, intuitive flow that matches customers to curated coffee playlists, ensuring they find their next favorite roast with ease. By simplifying the Product Detail Page (PDP), we turned the selection process into a warm, intentional experience that reflects the award-winning craft behind every bag.

This wasn’t just about setting up recurring orders; it was about creating a flexible infrastructure that could support Monogram’s vision for a truly personal, "taste-first" subscription model. The "Mixtape" Dashboard
The heart of the build is a fully custom customer dashboard designed around the concept of "mixtapes". This unique feature offers customers an engaging way to manage their blends, explore new flavors, and shape their coffee journey. By turning complex subscription logic into a fun, effortless experience, we ensured that great coffee arrives exactly how the customer wants it, without the friction.
