Oma’s Pride wanted the experience to match the product: answer “Why raw?” fast, guide first-time shoppers, and make plans fit the pet, not a preset. We designed a calm path from question to checkout with a guided quiz (age, activity, proteins) that turns answers into a tailored plan, clearer PDPs with Subscribe & Save, and trust placed earlier in the journey through real reviews and photos.
The Right Partners at the Right Moments
We kept Oma’s long-standing Recharge partnership and continued it on Shopify Plus, handling subscriber migration, clarifying value at checkout (discounts, per-day math, annual savings), and giving customers full control to pause, skip, swap proteins, change quantities/dates, or cancel. With Yotpo, we collected content that converts (in-email review forms) and surfaced stars and UGC on Home, PDP, and Collections, exactly where choices happen. Shopify Plus provided the stable, fast foundation for these integrations.
Platform, Performance, and Ongoing Gains
Replatforming from BigCommerce to Shopify Plus reduced stack complexity and improved speed and stability, giving the team room to test and iterate. Post-launch, we continue with monthly design, development, and CRO, tuning the quiz flow, refining PDP clarity, and optimizing subscribe attach rate, so the path from curiosity to checkout keeps getting faster.
